 "smooth idle" 2010-02-10
By C. C. Faulkner (Bedford Ma U.S.A)
I stored my motorcycle for the winter and when I started it it ran soooo smooth. I also added it to my snowblower and that ran at a calmer idle. I had about 1/2 a can so I added to my 98,000 mile vehicle and the idle was so smooth and it felt almost like a new car. I did not add it to my oil.

 "Good stuff" 2010-02-06

I tried SeaFoam in two vehicles. Both had a much smoother idle afterwords. I think it would be very useful as a fuel treatment for small engines to prevent carburator varnish when the engine is not used much.

"Did what it said it would do!" 2009-11-29

I have a 2000 toyota camry with 114K on it and it was begging to show signs of wear and tear in the engine and mileage.

After adding in 1/3 can to the engine oil crankcase, PCV valve inlet, and gas tank, I took it for a spin on the highway to rev it up and get all those carbon deposits out.

Now, 1 month later, the engine not only has a much better sound, smoother idle, but it also seems to have improved on it pickup power ! Plus it has actually increased my gas mileage. I will add another can in another 10K miles. I love it.

"Sea Foam Cleaned Out My Blocked Motorcycle Carbs" 2009-10-29
By James R. Nelson (Boston Ma)
Never used additives before and never really needed them until they added this crap called ethenol to the gasoline and then both my motorcycles started having carb problems every year. After having the carbs cleaned on both bikes 4 different occassions for a total cost of [...] I was about ready to get rid of both bikes when I found Sea Foam on the internet and read some good stuff. Well the Yamaha 750 Virago got it first as it had one of the 2 carbs completely blocked and it was running on only 1 cylinder. The first couple of weeks after adding it to the gas nothing happened and I thought 'just another useless additive'. But on day 17 just as I was getting ready to put the bike away forever I started it one last time and both cylinders fired right up and within a couple of minutes the bike was running smoothly as though the carb had never been plugged. Wow I thought. Then next was my 1100 V Star which was miss firing on the front cylinder, no gas due to a partially blocked carb. Sea Foam went in to the tank and within a week the bike was running smoothly. Super stuff. As long as they have that corn crap in the gas and I'm running bikes with carbs Sea Foam will be in my tank. Even though my cars don't seem to be affected much I'm going to add some Sea Foam to them as well.

This stuff works wonders when all else fails. It will smooth out a rough running engine and keep it that way with occasional use.
